Performance Development
Lifetouch National School Studios (LNSS) asked Mateffy and Company to equip its managers with the core competencies for managing employee performance. The current LNSS field management staff members are skilled, talented photographers that have been promoted into management but lack formal training in shaping employee performance. The Lifetouch Performance Management Training Program has become part of LNSS’s management training curriculum, used for on-going training of new managers and retraining current managers.
