Q - What is included in the workshop we choose?

A - With any workshop you select, there are a number of components available, such

      as:

     • Pre-worksop assignments and assessments.

     • Participant workbooks & performance support tools.

     • E-mail flyers to advertise and build interest in your workshop.

     • Pre-training calls to participants.

Remote/Decentralized Locations

Q - Can you train people working in remote locations?

      offer videotaping and webinar options.

Scheduling

Q - We can't pull our people away for an entire day of training.  Do you have flexible

      scheduling?

A - We know the biggest cost of training is bringing your people together on a

      workday.  Most of our workshops are a half-day in length.  We often break

      full-day sessions into shorter workshops then schedule them a day, week or more

      apart.  We will find scheduling options that work for you.

Q - Is it possible for our people to contact the training facilitator with questions after

      the workshop?

A - Sure!  One of the best outcomes for our training facilitators is interested

      participants.

Q - I'm new to setting up/hosting training events.  Can you assist me in making sure

      the workshop goes off smoothly?

A - We will make your experience with us is both successful and trouble free.  You

      will recieve the workshop setup information and have the faciliatator contact you

      to answer any questions.
